We were founded in 1906（Meiji Era 39） by Tohtaro Sugita as Sugita Harikikai Shop. We have over 100 years history as a optical manufacturer. Originally we research and develop glass and glass products as a main business for various industries.。
On 1982, we changed our company name as Sugitoh Co., Ltd. Under our current Chairman, Tadakiyo Sugita, we expand our business as optical instrument manufacturer, we developped various optical instruments as loupe, micrometer scope, macro zoom lenses, optical elements and metal parts. We are also one-stop service provider as optical product consultant to select optimal products for what customer require from wide range of products from market. We also started lens production in our Thai factory since 1993.
